Being a single level home with substantial eves no roof changes were required on this project however new double glazing, cladding and insulation were installed to the exterior. In order to meet the new building code in terms of ground clearances a brand new paved patio and outdoor space was created. New tiling, carpet, kitchen and light fixtures were also installed along with a fresh modern paint scheme.
