With two major previous renovations undertaken on this property prior to us commencing work, saw what was a relatively easy reclad of a large 350 sqm property turn into a much more difficult project.The property was propped and a new foundation was laid for roughly one third of the building. New floating decks, bathrooms, kitchen, double glazed joinery and some major layout changes transformed this magnificent property with sea-views into something quite spectacular.
