Just a short note to say how pleased I am with the house I purchased in Bucklands Beach from CBR recently.
After searching endless properties over the last year and going to multiple open homes I recognised instantly, by comparison to what I had seen around the area, that the attention to detail and finish was by far better than the norm.
The property was presented immaculately and I did appreciated also that I was left details of the various paints/stains that were used on the property which is always good for any maintenance in the future – not many companies do this.
Both Matthew and Cherie were nice to deal with and made the whole transaction stress free.
