A Single Level 220 sqm dwelling we fully re-clad. A brand new modern interior fit-out was also undertaken and a new large outdoor living space was added.
With new cladding also came a new front entrance for this property with schist pillars for effect.
This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.
This brand new 270sqm home features a lift central air-conditioning and underfloor heating to name just a few of its amazing features.
