Along with a new weatherboard exterior with cavity, we installed a brand new glass balustrade system to the foyer area along with lovely modern tiles, new floor coverings and a brand new kitchen.
A Single Level 220 sqm dwelling we fully re-clad. A brand new modern interior fit-out was also undertaken and a new large outdoor living space was added.
A two storey re-clad on a shared driveway on a cross lease site required cooperation with the neighbours .
This is a large 5 Bedroom home we completely re-clad. A small structural issue caused by a leaking deck had to first be fully repaired as per the new engineering detail.
With a beautiful outlook over Eastern Beach this property required full remediation including a new pitched roof.
